Typographical Errors
In the event that a Treasured Products product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Treasured Products reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Treasured Products reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Treasured Products shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term/Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Treasured Products without notice at any time, for any reason. Return/Exchange Policy
Please contact customer service at customerservice@poshpupshop.com for more information on returning an item. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of purchase for the RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. You must return the item within 30 days of purchase date in its original packaging (unused) for store credit ONLY. We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges. Customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs (return shipping).
